Maternal Child Health Rescue
Established in 2022, MCH Rescue, LLC provides consulting services to refugee resettlement agencies, community-based organizations, governmental agencies, academic institutions, and other organizations seeking to serve the public health and health care needs of Afghan women, families, and children, particularly Afghan refugees and immigrants. MCH Rescue, LLC is available to support organizations worldwide.
Services
Maternal Child Health
Subject matter expertise on maternal and child health topics relevant to Afghan communities
Training
Development of community-facing training curriculum related to maternal and child health topics for Afghan women and families
Community Support
Facilitation of community-facing training and support group sessions, particularly sessions with Afghan women as the primary audience
Research
Assistance with qualitative research design and collection, including multilingual focus groups and key informant interviews
Translation
Translation review and cultural validation of materials created in Pashto and Dari
Public Speaking
Available for speaking engagements, including presentations and expert panels
